Items can be returned within 14 days from the receipt. Fill the contact module to get in touch and you will be guided on how to proceed. Please keep in mind that ONLY unused items can be returned.
You'll be fully refunded on the product only after receiving and inspecting the product. The shipping costs will NOT be refunded.

ALL toys and rewards sold by Soulmates K9 are intended to be used for interactive play. I DO NOT sell any type of chew toys!
Soulmates K9 rejects any type of liability caused by a misuse of any of the products sold. Please check FAQ to have more information, and always feel free to reach out by filling the contact module if you have questions.

Your information (first&last name, full adress, email and phone number) will be kept on the system ONLY to simplify the creation of shipping labels, invoices and custom documents.
